Service & Billing Information

Mountain Community Handyman Services provides reliable, detail-oriented handyman and property maintenance services throughout Avery, Mitchell, and Watauga counties. We specialize in maintaining homes, rental properties, and vacation properties with a focus on quality, consistency, and care.

Standard Service Call:

$150 – Includes travel and the first hour of labor.

Additional Work:

If additional time or work is needed beyond the initial service call, it will always be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Priority / Same-Day Service (Emergency):

Priority scheduling is available when possible. Same-day or urgent requests are billed at a minimum of $175, depending on scope and availability.

Routine Maintenance (Property Clients):

Scheduled walkthroughs include minor adjustments and small fixes to help prevent larger issues. Larger repairs or additional visits outside of scheduled maintenance will be billed separately.

Scheduling:

Whenever possible, work is scheduled around guest stays to minimize disruption and help keep your property running smoothly.
